Lightbulb Turn Signal Bulbs

Is there a way to replace the turn signal bulb on passenger side without taking the bumper off and taking out headlight assembly. Can i just take off some of the shields underneath to get to the back of the headlight assy'?

nunzio42 is an unknown quantity at this point
ehh soo much easier just to take off the black push pins that hold the grill/bumper on to the chasis, and the screws under the wheel well and then just pull the bumper off (it will still be atached on the bottom.
