Fuse #18 (Backup) causing parasitic drain

The car is a 2019 Honda Civic Ex-L. Long story short, I noticed that my battery was draining rapidly the past couple months, to the point where it would be dead the next morning. I suspected a parasitic drain and after pulling fuses and measuring with my multimeter, I discovered Fuse #18 (Backup) was the culprit. It went from a draw of 200 milliamps to 13 milliamps after I pulled the fuse.

I understand this fuse is responsible for powering a lot of systems, such as the body control module (BCM), but I don't know how to figure out which is the issue. I have noticed that the sensor that notifies you on the dash that the hood is open isn't working. It will tell me if a door or my trunk is open, but not my hood. Could this be what's keeping the BCM from going into sleep mode and causing the parasitic drain? or what other possible things could it be? Please help, been trying to diagnose this for a while to save money and I'm struggling.
