Fault On the EPS Control Module Circuit

This is my first post, so please forgive my mistakes.

I have a fault that is downstream of the EPS Main (70A) fuse. It is not low resistance enough to blow the fuse, but it did drain my battery. I've tested for continuity after lifting the positive lead from the battery terminal. Continuity is there until I pull the (70A) EPS main fuse. [Side note - I'm not clear that this fuse is just one fuse or two. The table here shows both 100A and 70A battery and EPS http://civic.hondafitjazz.com/A00/HT...100CBAT00.html]

I'm now trying to pull the EPS control module to see if that breaks the continuity. I cannot find the thing. I pulled the passenger's side dash undercover and kickboard, but I don't see the thing. http://civic.hondafitjazz.com/a00/ht...121KDAT00.HTML

What specific car are you working with?


A 70/100 is a dual fuse, two fuses within a single case.

2010 Civic LX

I pulled the fuse again. It is the 100A battery fuse that helped. Crap. I need pull fuses again.

2010 does not have EPS, that's why you are not finding a control unit for it.

How many amps is the drain?
Try removing the compressor clutch relay.
