I ASSUME its a wire by wire write up ?

hi2nr 04-11-2004 12:47 AM

hi2nr 04-11-2004 01:33 AM

gearbox 04-11-2004 01:45 AM

Oh not for me. I'm using my 02 cluster. But alot of other people were wanting it.

Acually I wouldn't mind having a copy. Can you e-mail it to here? Thanks alot...

berberoglu@yahoo.com

hi2nr 04-11-2004 01:46 AM

anyway if one of you guys need the wire pinout just email me. also the pinout is the most important part not what each wire does. the wire info i submitted above only helps if u want to screw around with the sensors or something. and it was a pain in the a$$ figuring it out.

OsOBooSTeD 04-11-2004 07:12 PM

cool yea man email me a copy. thanks bro.

ok i just noticed, What is the diffrence between the 2003 and the 2004, i thought the diffrence was mainly between the 2001/2002 ---> 2003/2004

chocobo15_2000 04-12-2004 12:28 PM

i dun think there is difference btwen 03/04, so all 01/02 can swap to 03/04...i was just wondering if there is difference between dx/lx/ex?

hi2nr 04-12-2004 02:59 PM

yes there is a difference between lx, ex, and dx the difference are that ex have one more wire for abs more than that of lx and dx. and ex and lx wiring is in a different order than that of dx. Also 01-02 is another different wiring than that of 03-04.

hi2nr 04-12-2004 04:10 PM

and another thing if u live in houston texas or near here i be happy to do the swap for ya free of charge. i do it in like 2 hrs max

triplep 06-12-2004 06:42 PM

so does anyone know how to change 03/04 into an 01/02. i have an 02 lx sedan with airbags and i like the white glow of the 03/04 better.

hi2nr 06-12-2004 10:05 PM

i do....and if u r in houston i would be happy to help u out.....i also have the diagrams\wire pinout if u need that.......but other than that its really simple.....any other questions that u might have jus PM me or something......

03 and 04 clusters are not a direct swap either

direct swaps are the following:

01-02
03-03
04-04

:_beer:

hi2nr 06-13-2004 08:16 PM

03-04 is a direct swap and 04-03 is also a direct swap.........and dont BS wit me cause ive done it......03 and 04 is not a direct to a 01 and 02 though......the only thing i havent tried yet are the 01 and 02 into a 03-04 dx........but i think they will fit jus fine with no adjustments to the wiring because wen i looked on da back of the dx model cluster the wiring appears to be the same as the 01-02 clusters.....

skarteez 07-23-2004 02:56 AM

what about 04 EX with side SRS swapping an 02 EX with Side sRS cluster into it?
