Does anybody know how much the dealer charges to reset the mileage on a cluster? Im looking at getting a new one right now but I'm wondering if I should just skip it and pick up a 3 3/4 inch tach.

Most dealers don't offer this service. You have to take it to a speedo shop and have them flash the current ecu miles into the new cluster.

Need 01ex to 03 ex cluster wiring diagram

If anyone out there has the wiring changes to do this swap I would greatly appreciate it. I would like to put an 03 cluster in my daughters 01 coupe. Also what is the consensus on changing the new odometer reading to match the one removed. Also if anyone is looking for a later model cluster try an import wrecking yard. I took mine out of a front end clip at a buddy's body shop that was being scrapped. Thanks for any help.

Of course you guys want the stock look, but as opposed to screwing up the wiring, i just went to my local Auto Zone, picked up a SunPro 2 5/8" Tachometer for $29.99, wired it up and mounted it on the gauge cluster bezel to the left side. Only light I can't see immediately looking at it is the oil light. otherwise the temp and gas gauge are in good view.

Change of plans!!03 ex cluster has to go!

Well after much deliberation and alot of great help from people on this website my daughter has decided to leave the stock cluster in her 01 ex coupe. She already has the tach so why do the swap to change colors when everything else that lights up is red. So if anyone out there is interested in buying an 03 ex gauge cluster send me an e-mail and make me an offer, she can put the money towards some trick tailights or something.

01 DX to 01-02 LX

I am looking to put an 01-02 LX Gauge Cluster in my 01 DX. I was wondering if anyone had a wiring diagram for these. I know there isnt any additional wiring, but maybe just a different placement of wires. Would appreciate it thanks.

gearbox 01-05-2005 09:14 AM

No, it will swap right in.

01CiViCguy 01-05-2005 09:50 AM

cool

So I dont even need to rearrange any wires on the plugs? I should just be fine one to the other? If so thanks, and that rox
