Description:
Years ago my son was into Honda (he had a Prelude 4WS, then a Civic RT4WD wagon, now he's into Audi), and I have been blessed with a 5-speed + super low manual transmission that I'm told will fit an '85-'87 Civic Wagon, RT 4WD, 6-speed. It has been in my basement for 20+ years, and if anyone wants it, it's free (dust included
), but you'll have to come pick it up. I'm sure there's someone out there who can use it, I just really can't take to to the scrap yard until I know that no one has any use for it.
I'm in Wilmington, Delaware, zip code 19810

Have any of the other RT4WD parts? Like the driveshaft, rear differential, or rear axles? Or is this a transmission all by itself?

If you know of anyone who is heading to DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, or NYC I could meet up with them.

Good morning to you! Yes, I still have it.
Some info:
My son rebuilt it for fun and practice. I have no idea if it works, so you're taking some chances
It's been in the basement, which has dehumidifiers running.
My husband is a woodworker (we're retired) and would be able to make the crate.
Have you ever shipped anything overseas, any ideas on a shipping company? We're east coast United States
I have no idea how much it weighs, but we will look into it for you

another would be this site, they have a little more members with old cars
They have specific requests at the top of the page, mind you - pic must have sign with user name, etc, etc (to avoid scammers)
"From todays date (3/18/2013) onward; anyone selling ANY product in the marketplace will be expected to post a picture of their item for sale with a sign included in the photo. On the sign, should be your username, date and the words Honda-Tech.com on it. It can be handwritten or printed on a piece of paper. No photoshopped signs will be accepted."

Hey a Delawarean!
@BrotatoChip if you want it I can pick it up for you and we can arrange a mid meeting point sometime. I could go for a road trip.
