anyway to.... *HELP*

is there any way that i can re-bend blue class fiberglass? i have a BC rear that i kinda bent too hard when i was transporting it to my house and now its off..its there any way i can bend it back in place with out going to a shop?. i hear heat is a good way but what can i use?

dang, will it cost me a fortune at the bodyshop to get it re bent into place? im seriously on a binge about just letting the body shop paint and install it for me. but i got this one shop quoting me 700 for the sides and rear (CDN). grrrr!!
