(low profile wheels? you mean tires, right?)
umm...hey, man this is what you need: a lift (know anyone w/a car lift? a mechanic? if not, will cost u to rent space for a few hours), you need also a spring compressor (can rent that too) Other tools...umm..just those ordinary ones you usually would already have..haha...
I hope this helps...

HEY JAY WHAT'S UP.WELL I THINK YOU SHOULD LOWER YOU CAR 2''(FRONT) 1.75(REAR) & GET SOME 17IN RIMS ON 205 45 17.18'S WOULD LOOK GOOD 2 BUT THERE MORE EXPENSIVE + I THINK THEY LOOK TO BIG FOR A CIVIC.AS FOR RIMS THAT'S ON YOU & HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO SPEND, & THE KIND OF LOOK YOU WANT.AS FOR LOWERING I SPENT 210 ON A SET OF PROGRESS SPRINGS & THAT WAS THE PRICE INCLUDING INSTALLATION,WELL THATS BECAUSE I KNOW THE GUY.BUT REALLY IT'S UP TO YOU WHAT YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO LOOK LIKE. GOOD LUCK. WE CAN TALK ABOUT THIS ON SAT IF YOU LIKESEE YOU LATER. O IF YOU WANT I CAN HOOK YOU UP ON THE LOWERING BUT ON THE RIMS YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.LATEZ
