I've seen some of these seat covers in members' rides and have been wondering if they are worth it. I'm not exactly sure what neoprene is, so I can't really tell off-hand how they feel, the comfyness, or how long a material like that can last. Are they designed to replace the existing oem seat covers? or do they just slip over the seats?
I searched through their website Wet Okole , and found some 7th gens sporting the covers.
Now, I'm not really feeling the color that black turns out. It seems drab, and not 'black' black. Maybe it was the lighting during the picture taking.

I definitely think that is beautiful. I love the black 'piping' along the borders of the seats as well. I wish I had a beige interior, just so I could buy those color Okoles. However I have a black interior. I really like the look of the 'piping' but I planned to get black with red trim, so it won't show anyway.
At $225 for just the front seats, and the rear seats not priced. I'm sure the set will easily go over $400. Not to mention, more fees for logos, piping, colors, etc. You guys think it's worth it?
I opted to do other projects instead, such installing front seats from an RSX or 7th gen Si. The rear bench may not match, so I would probably have to get those and do modifications. Or I could just do the swap, and then buy front Okole seat covers, and then the rear seat covers for me 7th gen rear bench.
And then I saw this on eBay for $375. Cheaper and stock looking.

The problem with leather is that you have to watch over it, plus it's hot in the summer/cold in the winter.
I just tired of my crappy cloth seats. What do you guys say?

Neoprene is wet-suit material. It's kinda like nylon backed with rubber. You'd get some serious swamp *** if it was hot outside. It's not really breathable fabric since its designed to keep you warm in cold water. I sent away for the info, just out of curiosity, and they were really expensive for just slip on covers. Its what ever you want to do. Neoprene is pretty durable stuff, but sometimes you will find the black fades in the sun to that dirty brown-redish color.
