Need tire help for 18's. Yoko? Nitto? Pirelli?

Yeah, I know I should have included this question on my last post but anyway. I am buying tires from tire.com and have chosen Pirelli P7000 Supersport, Nitto NT 450 Extreme, or Yokohama Parada Spec-2 in 215/40/18. I have read some poor reviews on the first 2 and don't want to make a $500+ mistake. This is my daily vehicle and baby carrier and am concerned with road noise ride quality and wear. Any other tires that anyone could recommend would be great. Thanks.

Pirelli P7000

I have the NT450 and is ok. GREAT dry traction, but it feels like there are better tires out there.

I have the Yoko Spec II's, and are in the same situation as you: commute and carry children. A little noisy, but tolerable, and the wet traction is not to be believed. I have an LX with no ABS, yet I feel these tires make up for most of that gap. Running 215/35-18's. Good luck.

Yoko Parada SPec II, DO NOT get the Nitto 450's, the Nitto 550's are great tires not the 450's though. You will be happy with the Yoko's they are loud but not too bad.

I currently have NT-450's and have had NT-555's and I feel the 555's gripped much better than the 450's do. So my recomendation would be Nitto NT-555.

I'd go with the Parada spec-2. You can get them for like $99 a piece at www.tirerack.com
