Car starting to reek of mould or somethin.. UGH

well.. the winter's been bad.. the interior (just the floor carpeting) has somehow got all soaked

and the car doesnt really smell of mould.. more just damp... but i want to catch this before it starts to be a problem

how should i try to dry this thing out???? ive tried throwin old towels on the floor to soak up the water, ive even tried to use a blowdrier on the bloody thing...

even if i think its better, it just seems to be damp the next day anyway

anybody have a good idea as to how to kill this problem?? thx in advance

Do you have a stereo in the trunk? I noticed that on the passenger side of my car when I first got it that it was always damp. I pulled the carpet back and saw that the grommet wasn't in place where I ran my power wire. The only thing I can think to tell you is to pull out the seats and remove the carpet to check for leaks anywhere. If you do have holes or anything like that, take it in under warranty. Good luck.

been having the same problem here, i just soak it up with towels. My carpeting went frozen acouple weeks back when the weather was really cold. When the snows gone i'm just gonna have the interior + carpeting professionaly clean
