Fatmating Rear Deck.....

Hey everyone, tomorrow im probably going to fatmat my rear deck, since it rattles too much. I was just curious to know that if I take the rear deck off, put a layer of fatmat on the rear deck, and put the deck cover back on, will that fix that loud rattle?

did for me, thank god. put it covering everything, and try to make sure the rear brake light does not touch the windshield when you're done, that is a big factor in the noise.

do you have to put something in between the rear deck light to get them not to touch, or is it just the way you re-install it?

I used 2 layers of fatmat on the deck, and 2 layers in the trunk on the bottom of the deck and it helped A LOT. . . just make sure you don't break any of the white clips. And taking off your seats would help a lot too. If you miss a clip then it's gonna rattle like a ****.
