Strange Noise from car, need help??
Ok here I go my car did this four times tonight. The best way to describe the noise would be do you know the sound the tires make when you run off a highway, the uneven payment? It sounds similar to that, but it coming from around the passenager seat, and were my gear box is? Can anybody help me out?? my car will just has just alittle less than 27000 miles on it. The only mods I have on my car is DC sport TCS, and an injen short ram intake. I am going to try to take it to the dealership before I go to work tomorrow morning, it's just worring me. Also a friend of mine has a car lift, and we put it up on the lift, but everything was bolted down. The only other thing is it's been rainning all day long here. Please help if you guys can

Did you check the exhaust hangers? You could have hit something and knock one loose. Other than that, I really don't know what to tell you. I doubt honda will find anything either.
I think I know what noise you're talking about, except in my case it sounded to me like it was a flapping noise in the passenger side front wheel well. Sounded like something was hitting the inner plastic liner really fast & it only made the sound when I would be turning right & the roads were really wet. If thats the same thing you're hearing all I can tell ya is that for me, it went away all on its own, I did nothing to the car. I never found out what it was. I'm pretty sure all the Dealer will tell ya is that they can't find anything. I did have the CV Boots replaced on my car cause they kept leaking grease all over my wheels but I have no clue if that would affect anything to make that noise.
i think what you are describing is the same problem that everyone else had with the tcs. when it rains the water hitting the b pipe will make it move around like crazy. flex back and forth because of the drastic change in temp. therefore causing the pipe to bang against the underbody. mine does the same thing. only when it rains. maybe just put some sound deadner under there. dynamat extreme would do the trick. the dealer would be a waste of time and they will tell you that it is your dc tcs.
