RSX-S has an intake and i dont knw what else.

350Z is stock.

well it said I/E 5.5apexi turbo ont he civic and I/E and Hondata on the RSX.... meaning that RSX has a good20HP+ gain over stock even... so no duh it got owned

a friend of mine has a 350z that runs low 14's pretty quick that car is, cant wait to drive it myself, it probably wont feel that fast and ive driven 13 sec cars, hehe thats fun to be sucked in your seat
