:flame suit on!:
first off, an s2000 motor is the F20C
second, k24 will be the new crv motor and maybe the accord
third, rsx is a k20a(3 or 2 depending on type-s or not)
fourth, if u use the same engine series type, then yes. it should work
5th, F or any series will not work with K series parts. or vice versa. example is that B series parts are NOT interchangeable with D series parts.

Research stuff a little before you start asking tech questions.
Everything Cambo said was correct. The RSX-S motor is the K20A2.
Now I'm assuming that since this is a Civic site, you're asking for the sake of a Civic...
The F20C has the small problem of sending power to the REAR wheels, so you'd have to figure out a way to keep the power up front, or make your Civic RWD. Yes, you could probably somehow do it, but labor alone would cost you more than your car is worth.

FWD cars have/use a transaxle
sooo...if u figured out a way to use a transaxle with the F20C engine, you could have the first FWD F20C Civic.

Without custom work... the F20 will not work with a K tranny. There is a shop in California that is currently working on a Hybrid F20 with K20A tranny. They're fitting the bell housing to the new motor. But it's a lot more complicated than that, I forget all the details. I think the shop is called Prototype Racing if you want to look it up.

Uh, the S2000 tranny is NOT interchangable with the tranny from any K series engine. Nor any honda car for that matter.
I'm not sure about K24 and K20 motors. I'd assume more than likely since from the same platform.
And he got the engine code wrong at first... let it go guys, I think he knows now.

ok, since this is dumb and someone just randomly pops in with "it will work" imma lock this.
review:
S2k tranny will not work on any RSX or K series engine.
RSX tranny will not work on S2k engine.
S2k engine head will not work on RSX engine or any k series engine. (as of yet)
The only thing you can swap is any RSX tranny with another K series engine. basically anything K series will work with anything else K series.
