AAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! I HATE GOING TO THE DEALERS!!! [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]. Ok so here's what happened. I went to the dealers today to drop off my car to be repaired cuz the trunk was leaking water and I know what's the problem, all I needed was a new rubber seal that the Honda dealership ordered for me on thursday. It was 8:15 am when i dropped it off and the guy said it'll be ready for pick up no later than 2 pm, I was like ok..it takes 6 freakin hours to remove and install a rubber seal? . So I went back home and they called me at 1 pm and they said that they will not install it cuz the car has been into an accident. So I was like WTF!!! [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]. My car was never in an accident I told him. I even said I know where the leak is coming from and I told him, you want me to show it to you? And he said ok. The thing that really pissed me off is when he asked me where I bought my f**kin car [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]. So I went back to the dealers hella mad [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG] saying that NO WAY IM GONNA PAY FOR THAT STUPID SEAL!! and start talkin frustrated at the guy in the service department saying that the repair guy said that I've gotten into an accident that's why its leaking water and you gotta take it to the body shop. So the guy checked it out and he said it's ok we'll repair it for free, give us another hr and will do it. Once the repair has been done I was finally happy , but still mad [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG] at the same time. This shows you how STUPID the dealers are!! They dont know JACK SQUAT!! After going through this Im never going to the dealers again!! [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]. EHHHHHH!!!!!

My Civic is new and I'm already pissed off with the two Honda dealerships that I've been to. From what I've seen, it seems like a lot of young mechanics are morons and there is maybe one head mechanic that knows what the hell he is doing. Sometimes it even takes a service manager to see the problem...freakin' amazing!!

Its too bad that some dealerships handle business with their customers this way. You would think that taking your Honda to a Honda dealership for maintenance and repairs is better than going to a regular shop. Now I'm not so opposed to doing this. After taking my car in to two different dealerships and seeing the mechanics' lack of concern and know-how I'm a little hesitant too let them work on my car in the future. Plus, I hate how a visit that should be simple and hassle free turns into a damn mess.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/IMG]

Exactly!! Imagine the cars that have 10 yr warranty or 100,000 miles. Its not like you want to keep going to the dealers for the next 10 yrs lol. Those warranty usually comes with the Kia's and Hyndai's, however you spell those cheap cars. When I was waiting for my car I was afraid that they were gonna purposly screw up my car. Not a good feeling
