Sticky tape underneath pinstrips&badge?

I just traded my civic EX in for a 2002 Si yesterday, and today I removed the ugly pinstrips and the civic badge on the back, and I forgot what I used to remove the left over tape underneath. What's the best stuff to use without destroying the clearcoat or paint? Thanks

like everyone else said...goo gone works. Make sure the car is clean before you start using it. Take off the badge, spray the stuff, let it sit, start buffing. Then go over with some wax.

And don't use wd-40 on your paint...

Exactly!

I would shy away from using WD-40 on your paint..that's kinda extreme..but just make sure whatever you do, you do two things...

1) clean that spot first to remove any dirt so you dont push it into the clear..

2) wax the spot after your done

Acrysol is what I used, took the glue right off. Just be sure to wax afterwards.
