First off make sure you have a proper ground, metal to metal, not metal to plastic. Then check your your power wire. Last make sure your purple wire is running to the white wire off the O2 sensor. If yo uhave done all that it should work just fine.

on our cars there 4 wires on the o2 sensor 2 white ones and a black and grey one. the white one is the sensor wire, i used the one to the right of the black one. but yeah ne ways. on the air fuel there is a ground(black) power(red) and a o2(purple)
1.black is ur ground hook that up to anything metal.
2.red is the power hook that up to any 12v power souce i.e. battery ignition coil, radio fuse what evers
3.purple is the o2 wire hook that up to the first o2 sensor right off the header. splice the white wire on the o2 sensor and hook the purple wire up to it use butt connector or what evers make shure its a good connection!

Are the two white wires not the heater circuit? It is a heater sensor. Check the black and grey, I've just forgot.

if you guys hook it up to the black wire you guys have it all wrong because on our ars we have to heat sonsors...dont ask me why must be a new thing i know on my integra theres one. but yea. white (heat sensor) black (heat ground) grey (heat positive). you should always hook it up to the heat sensor wire because thats the actuall sensor wire for the o2 sensor. make sure to hook it up and make the connection as tight as possible or your reading will be all messed up. when u first put it in and start the car let it run at idle for a bit then the readings will bounce back and fourth frum lean to rich as it will will your on the gas but just a little bit faster. when throttle is over 80 percent it should read fully rich and what not
