Rear Upper Strut Tie Bar

I attached some pictures here of a generic rear upper strut tie bar that I ordered from Tornactive. I also included a picture of the rear strut tower so you all dont have to run out to your cars. Is the bar he sent me a front upper strut bar? Looks like it to me. Looks like there should only be one hole on each side of the bar for a rear upper strut bar. There are two holes on each side for bolts on the bar he sent me.

Your mistaken, your picture is of the damper "locknut". You need to look below that and to each side, you will see the two flange nuts. You need to remove the two flange nuts on both sides, install your rear upper strut tower bar, then finally torque the flange nuts to 36 lbft. Have a nice day! Mitch.
