Went to dealers today

Went to the dealers today to fix my leaky trunk at 8:15am got my RO and i didnt read it so i was waiting till 10:30am still have not gotten my car back and i went up to ask to see if their done yet and that damn lady said that the paper said to pick up the car at 5pm[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]. So I was like damn takes that long to do the repair [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG] WTF!! I told that lady, so what am i gonna do here till 5pm? And she said, well were willing to take you where ever you need to go and i was like forget it Im going home, give me my car back!! They said i have to leave my car at least a day! DAmn this sux!!

It's best to call and make an appointment. Otherwise, you have to leave it because you aren't the only customer and they have to fit you in somewhere.....Plus, you should plan on getting a ride or something to begin with. I always make an appointment for my oil changes and they get me in and out.

Yep, ALWAYS expect to leave after you leave your car. For a few hours I could wait on my car but that was ridiculous. Oh and always remove your valuables from the car.

I would remove anything that might get in there way or anything that they might have to move. It's always better to be safe then sorry right...
