What kind of full coil-overs are available
I checked the parts section, but since TEIN SS aren't even there, I figured there are some missing. So I was wondering what are the different full coil-overs available for our cars? So far I have the following
TEIN SS
NEX SR
H&R
KW coilover variant 1's
Intrax
any other one's?

Do you guys know the approximate prices?!? I don't want something that will cost me too too much, but I don't want a cheap sleeved coil-over system either. And also, if you would know the maximum drop, that would be great...

JIC-Magic FLT-A2s arent cheap and they arent cheap for a reason. they run about 1600. best coilovers IMO.

your trippin.. just because you never heard of them, your going with tein and b&g??? Jic has to be the best coilovers. not only can you adjust the dampers but you can also control the spring load/spring rate. you also adjust the shock body rather then just the spring perch. why is this better... when you adjust only the spring perch, your changing the springs preload and also shortening the stroke. when you adjust the shock body, you keep a full stroke. since you have an adjustable body, you dont adjust the spring perch to lower/raise the car. you adjust it to change the spring rate.

I just said that I have never heard of them before. That doesn't mean that they aren't good. and I didn't say that they weren't good.
Got a webpage or something. Or name someone on here who has them?

true.. maybe i should have came out differently.. i'm just trying to let you know theres other brands out there other then tein and B&Gs...
jiv flt-a2
no one here has them. probably cause they're so expensive and they dont make a specific one for our car. they make it for the rsx(if you want reviews a couple people at clubrsx.com have them). and i believe they're coming out with one for the SIs which should fit our cars. the our car and the SIs suspension is basically identicle(fitting wise). the rsx one probably would fit too but the SI is a closer match

Not to sound like an A$$ or try to flame....but they aren't out yet? or even made for our cars?
I don't know how on earth I am supposed to know about these coils when they don't exist.
I'm was trying to list the top ones that I knew of for OUR cars. We could talk about coils for other cars all day long that cost much more expensive.
I'm sorry dude, i'm kinda pissed now that it seemed from your wording that I was being called out and made to seem like an idiot about not knowing about some coils the don't even exist.
Let's just let this one die. I don't wanna **** of a mod or anything by saying anything else on this subject.

its take alot to **** me off and dont worry you havnt yet. i dont care about having debates or even straight out arguments just as long as you dont act childish and you have so far...
i was only mentioning them cause a few people before me have mentioned it.
i dont mean to **** you off either and sorry i already have. there obviously has been some misunderstanding from both sides. theres no hard feelings here n hopefully its mutual with you.

Tein Flex!
A nice way to spend $1700. But if I had the money I would go with the Mugen Moton 22k/25k setup. But then I would not drive on the streets.

I think that was VNlilMAN that said that.

I hate to brake it to you FlyRiceRacer02, But the only way you can adjust Spring Rate is by changing the spring.

Just Talked to Kevin from JIC in Downey. ( whole sale )
ME: want to know if the JIC coil over system you have for the RSX type-s will Fit a 2001 and UP Civic
Kevin : Actually our kit now includes all the necessary parts for a successful swap
witch would be RSX tie rod ends, and different mount brackets for the rear shock.
before you would have to Shave 2 MM off the Mounting assembly
now we include a bracket that will fill the civic.
so that's what you have to do, and yes they are NOT cheap
talked to xs-engineering.com ( referred Kevin )
they quoted me $ 2050.00
also to throw a little some thing ells in
asked him about custom turbo for the 2001- civic
stated that they are working on one for the APC car
but No HP # as of yet and no release date.
