Car idea?
Whats up all. I'm thinking about selling my civic and buying a nissan 240sx like a 98 or 97. Then doing a SR20DET swap and paint it, do the interior, and get some wheels. I could do this for about what I could sell my civic for. Sound good?? Or to much work?

i'm not gonna pick between the 240sx and civic. i'm a huge civic fan no matter how many people hate them and what not. lick my if you don't like them. i've always said the D17 had potential. they don't breath well and we all know people who have heart problems don't perform well. but if we do some surgery and fine tune the internals they'll perform better. same with cars. supras, skylines, WRX, s200, ferrari, viper, z0g vette, these are the natural born muscle men of the atuo world. when a naturally muscular man works out more they become stronger easier because they have that ability. the more unhealthy person struggles to become bigger and better to perform better. but like i said when we alter some things so he breaths better and we keep working with it, it will become that strong man. mabybe not as strong as the naturally powerful engines but it will be stong among the normal to pretty good rides.
thats my pointless imput on something for the day.

LOL.........Just playin.......if you could do it, then go ahead.
I will stay with my civic until the end of time, or at least until i can afford a Lamborghini.
i'd definately do something like that if I didn't need the day to day reliability of my civic to get me back and fourth to school and work....i wish I could have a toy instead.....i love the 240's though....i'd go for it if you know how to do it
Go for it if you want to spend that money and time. It would be a sweet car once you have it done. I still love my civic because I do a lot of daily driving. Once I have enough money I would probably get a sport car and still keep the civic for daily driver.
I'd go for it if I could. I wish I could sell my civic and get another car too. Of course, the other car would still be a civic. A 2000 civic si
but I know it's not going to happen.
