take out the bulbs
then get a hairdryer on an extension cord or something
and then blow. there is no other way that i can think of right now.

there's a few ways to fix your problem.
you can either take your bulbs out then use a hair dryer and dry the inside of the projection lamps. or you can take the whole head light out and do the same thing with the hair dryer but then afterwards reseal them with some bathroom or kitchen resealer....that should fix your problem good luck

I had a 94 mustang GT that I put Gen3 altezza's on the rear and they fogged up all the time cause they'd leak inside too. What I did was got a drill with a super small bit and drilled three holes through the outer corner (one at one end, one at the lowest point, and one at the other end for good measure) along the bottom to let the water drain out and one at the top (to let the water vapor out) after that I had no problem whatsoever unless of course it was still a little foggy or lots of moisture in the air. Just relate it to the full soda can theory... pop a hole in the bottom of the can and it'll leak out until you pop the top then it pours out the bottom...that's why I had a hole in the top and 3 in the bottom...made sure it would be fixed....heh. you take it or leave it though.

Simplest idea that comes to mind...on a dry day, remove the parking light bulbs. Drive around with high-beams on (durning daylight of course). By the end of the day (work, school, whatever) it should be dried out.
