that's about 84-90mph for you geniuses who paid no attention to metric conversion in high school
if you are doing this in 3rd gear yes, 4th gear maybe, 5th gear not at all.

if you have an automatic, as long as its in overdrive you are fine.

that's about 85-90 mph. shouldn't hurt your engine, but it will wear it out quicker cause you're cruising at what, like 5000 rpm, so the engine will just go through more revolutions per minute while cruising. i dunno - what's the hurry anyway?

Theoretically the higher you rev the more your engine components wear out. If you typically rev high all the time then change out your spark plugs every 15,000 miles and change out your oil every 3,500 miles.

You should do this regardless. Except 3000 miles for oil. That's how I got my RX-7 to go over 160K with the original engine. If you take care of your car it will take care of you, I promiss!

Edit: When you have an auto the final drive ratio is lower than in a 5sp. therefore your revs will be lower.

The numbers are pretty arbitrary. Just remember that heat kills spark plugs and oil. The higher you rev, the hotter the engine will get. The slower you drive, the hotter the engine will get. Plus cheap oil degrades faster, so if you have a full synthetic it will break down slower than regular dino oil. Same thing with the spark plugs. Platinum will go far. Iridium will go farther. The exact mileage will vary, so you might want to take a look at the color of the oil by rubbing the dip stick off on a white piece of paper. You might want to look at the plugs up close and see if they could use a change too. The key word here is it depends!
