intalling power locks on Civic DX
i asked this question when i got ripped off on the deal i made for my car. Power locks were supposed to be included in my deal but they just gave me the alarm system for the EX and forgot the locks and then they conveniently forgot the deal we had made. It wasnt a clue to them that I had the system made for power locks. They said it was 60 bucks a door.
your best bet is to get actuators from like viper or somewhere like that and have them set up with a keyless entry system. go to circuit city or tweeter, or best buy or an electronic store like that and ask them about them.
i just bought them for $49 i also have a DX...... i bought them so that when i arm and dis-arm my new alarm i can use the keyless entry also.... i'm ordering the power windo kit as well.... again goes with my alarm options.
