removed airbag sticker on visor

removed airbag sticker on visor
The airbag sticker on my visor started peeling off so I grab the corner and just ripped the whole thing off, but now all the glue that held the sticker in place is still there. Does anyone know how to remove the rest of the glue without damaging or discoloring the visor.

Yeah... try a little acetane (found in fingernail polish remover). Just dab it on and wipe it off with a cloth.

Tried acetone (nail polish remover) and it didn't work any other suggestions

I think the question that all of us WANT to ask now that you did this little DYI is not how to get the sticker part off of the visor, but rather:

HOW MUCH HP GAIN DID THE REMOVAL GIVE YOU??? LOL JK

i don't think it's possible to remove... unless u shave the top layer of the visor, but that wouldn't look good. maybe u can cover it up with stickers or if u can afford screens on both visors
