Help me please! I am fixing my car!

Ok so i wrecked my car into a bunch of mail boxes last week and i crushed the whole left side! From front to rear! I bought a quarter panel and a door skin and a fender! I have already cut the door skin off and the quarter panel off the body of the car! So now i am having trouble getting the panels to line up! And i am haveing trouble deciding on wether i should glue on the panels or weld them on? And does anyone know how to put back in a passanger side air bag and how to get the seat belt unstuck, because when i hit the boxes my seat belt retracted and now i cant get it to move anymore! Help!

your going to have to get a new seatbelt assemby. when the pretensiors fired from the impact of the car, its locks up the seatbelt and they cant be reused. the manufactures were under the impression that if your were in a serious enough accident that the seatbelt pretensiors had to fire, the seatbelts would be cut when you were being removed or cut out of the car.
