ATTN: BLUENVY01 and Others..... Question about puttin HP headers + Greddy Evo on the LX
I tried PMing BLUENVY01, but he don't have it configured to accept PM's. He has put HP headers w/ high flow cat and the EX greddy exhaust on his LX. I know there are problems with the HP headers, but I am wondering if there are any problems with the pipe connections from the HP headers to the end of the exhaust. Anyone else do this other than BLUENVY01? I was wondering if there were any type of modification needed to fit the piping and exhaust under the EX, like adjustment of the hangers or other things. Anyone know/done this?
the cat back should just bolt up. as for the header all i had to do was take out the front motor mount and shave the one part down a little. you'll see where to shave when you try to put the header in. and to make it easier and much faster i just took out the left motor mount and jacked the one side of the engine up a few inches. sounds like a lot of work but only takes about an hour

Okay here's the deal if you have a LX or what not and you want to add a HEADER (not headers) to your car....
You gotta ditch the stock front sway bar, and get an EX exhuast system (obviously)....You can choose to leave it off I guess, but I would suggest getting a new sway bar since the car would be kinda "loose".....
It's just a bolt on, but yah you gotta shave one of the engine mounts.... :/

Its just a simple bolt on.......remove the front sway bar, remove the whole exhaust system, and bolt on the new rig....you gotta shave part of the engine mount for the HP header tho....The O2 sensor...those wires are just extended and you're set!
