Hondata Flash Pro vs Lymph Mode

I have a 09 Civic SI and when I bought it ,it already had the modifications done to it and the guy handed me the flash pro. Now I have not a clue about this thing all I know is that I sent it to a shop to figure out why it wouldn't start and the gave me the run around and got me for thousands of dollars and come to find it it was my main fuse had blown but when I got the car back the flash pro was missing and my car doesn't want to go. I got up to 6 mph in first and this is with the pedal to the floor. I shifted into 2&3 thinking that maybe it would kick in but no I got up to 11 mph in 3rd. So I did some research and it said something about lymph node. Can anyone please tell me....#1- is it because the tune isn't in it anymore and if so what can I do to make it drive normal again or if it is in lymph node how do I get it out and #3 - do I have to buy another flash pro to tune it again? My car has been sitting for 2 years and I finally got it back together after these *******s took advantage of me and all I want is to be able to drive my car. Please help

It's "limp mode."
Never had a tuned car before.

Barely... I tried to drive it around the block and it wouldn't go. First gear I got my speed up to 6mph and I thought that maybe if I shifted in a higher gear that it would go, I put it in 3rd and with the petal to the floor I was at 11mph. I'm trying to work on my car by myself and I really don't know enough about it to fix it. YouTube has been my teacher lol.
