Leaking into vehicle

Hi, I just finished cleaning up the front drivers side interior floor panel for painting. Removed some minor rust. Overnight we had some heavy rain and in the morning I noticed water was sitting on the floor panel (see pictures). It seems to be coming from the side bottom door. The night before it was dry. I removed the sound deadening material a couple of days ago. Just wondering if I might have damaged some sealing by the door, in the process ? But most likely something else, as there was long term rust on the drivers side panel but not the passenger side.

There is likely a leak from somewhere else. Rubber sealing around door drivers side door looks okay. Any thoughts ? I was thinking to test with the garden hose, as mentioned in the previous post.

Re: Leaking into vehicle

Took the hose to the top of the car and the driver's side door. No sign of leak. I wonder if condensation could have caused that (see pic) ?
