P1491 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Insufficient Lift
First of all, I am writing to translate hello. A 2002 Civic has a P1491 fault. There is idle fluctuation misfire. How can i solve it. Thank you.

According to the code the egr valve is not opening properly. Take it off and see if it's all gummed up. Clean it if it is. These cars also have the egr passages in the intake manifold clog up. It would be a good idea to clean that as well.
