Loss of performance + High usage of gas

Hey there! Been browsing around here for a couple weeks now, and since I'm blind on the issue of my car, thought I should give this forum a shot!

2005 Honda civic SI 1.7L standard.
255xx

From the beginning.

I made the stupid mistake of running car with no oil, literally bone dry. I know I know, shame on me.

Car wouldn't turn on what so ever, there was no smoke, or breaking/Knocking noises when I started it. but once I got oil into it, and left it for an hour or so it started up.

Now, when it started up, I noticed an instant decrease in performance And also noticed I was going through a lot of gas after a couple days.

People where telling me my pistons where toast/My engine. but it ain't pushing blue, there's no knocking or disturbing sounds from engine. And I had a mechanic look at it, and he said my engine was not damaged, but he didn't know why I had a decrease in performance etc.

Only issues is using lots of gas, and decreased perform (Acceleration, power, speed kinda thing)

Only code I'm getting is P0172 (System running rich Bank 1)

I checked Fuel injectors, they good.
Did compression test.
Came back as 160 along all four cylinders.
Replaced all 4 spark plugs
Map sensor is good. Cleaned it out.
Replaced the Upstream O2 sensor.

So I'm kinda stumped on what it could be, anybody throw any ideas out there for meplease?

*EDIT forgot to mention my fuel trims seem to be way outta whack.

try to reset ECU? compression 160 is not too bad

Are you loosing coolant? is the overflow reservoir full?

What brand did you use for the o2 sensor?
Also check timing

Hey! I used Denso O2 Sensor!

And also, speaking of my timing. My cam shaft timing is actually off a tooth. But my crank timing is dead on the notch. Would the cam shaft timing being off a tooth make a difference? I'm in the middle of putting it to TDC

It can certainly make a difference.
And Denso is the correct sensor provided it's not counterfeit. Where did you get it from?
