09 Civic - Flashing Dashboard Lights
2009 Civic with flashing dashboard lights and car won't start. Self-replaced the starter about 6 months ago. Any ideas what it might be? Thanks in advance.

Battery is still fine. Can turn to battery only mode and radio works perfectly normal. When I turn key to start, everything dies, then when I turn key into "running" position, all of the lights start flickering

charge fully the battery and try again
