New starter, hazard lights are on w/o key, car won't start !
I have a 1995 Honda civic DX with automatic transmission. It used to have a ignition interlock that has been remove 2 months ago. The car will not start but the emergency lights are flashing for no reason. I have installed a new starter and starter solenoid with no positive results. The car makes no attempt to turn over. I have no idea where to start! Your help is greatly appreciated!
