2006 Civic Will Not Start
Helping a friend.

2006 Civic.

We’ve done the following:
  • New battery
  • New starter
  • Verified all fuses are fine
  • Replaced starter relay (we encountered this issue on a 2013 Civic)
  • Verified starter relay is getting power when ignition is turning
  • Tried jump starting with no luck
  • Low hum when key is turned to start position
Ideas?

Correct, not even clicking. We get lights, etc., but the starter doesn’t even try to engage.
