Help!!! Mystery misfire no start when hot not main relay
Hi so the story is that i can drive my 2000 civic honda but after parking and trying to restart it I have much trouble as seen in this video https://youtu.be/8dTBpuEjLew it will take several hours to restart the car and clear misfire. Only codes that come up are the code for random misfire. Any ideas thanks
I already replaced the

Its not drivable until the "flood" clears I smell gas and hear the fuel pump prime but it has no power and i was pumping the pedal in video it has no pedal response at all

Solve a fuel flood issue:
Remove the spark plugs, press gas pedal to floor and crank engine to blow gas out of cylinders. Add a tablespoon of oil to each cylinder, reinstall spark plugs, crank with gas pedal to the floor.
Spark, Fuel, Air... are all three present in the cylinders?
It may be leaking fuel injector o-ring seals?
That would cause excessive amounts of fuel in the cylinder(s)
Pull the spark plugs and look and smell for fresh gas on them.
Only way to check injector o-ringsbis to pull the injectors and inspect the prints for tears or dry rot.

Do the same test again except do not remove spark plugs wires. Instead, remove the fuel injector harness one at a time on corresponding cylinder being tested. If rmps drop then fuel injection is good. If rpms do not drop then it's an injector issue Link: balance test ://troubleshootmyvehicle.com/honda/1.6L/how-to-do-a-cylinder-balance-test-1

Re: Help!!! Mystery misfire no start when hot not main relay
Not getting proper ratios of air, fuel, spark in cylinders to burn off fuel. Do a power balance (rpm drop) test on it. 1st test: at idle slowly lift the spark plug wire off the spark plug (one cylinder at a time). If spark is good then rpms will drop when the spark wire lead is lifted farther away from the spark plugs. However, if lifting the spark plugs wire lead off the spark plugs doesn't cause an rpm drop then it's a sign of poor spark, poor compression or poor fuel injection. Do this test one cylinder at a time.

Performed a dry and wet compression test on it?
Always test before replacing parts.
