Transmission oil maintenance

Hi all,

How can i post my question to this forum?Please advise?

I'm using Honda civic FD1, 2006, How often do i need to change my transmission oil?
Do i need to use genuine Honda ATF?

We have our site questions/concerns section for that purpose. It's right at the bottom, since the main purpose of the site is for cars.
