Rear caliper problem

Rear caliper problem
Recently replaced my rear brakes on my 14 Civic new rotors pads hardware noticed the boot in the right rear caliper was torn replaced it with new caliper when I try to bleed the brakes I cannot get a firm pedal and the brakes will not hold on right rear wheel alll other 3 work but the pedal continues to go to the floor resivoir is full of fluid no leaks is there something I am missing have done brakes before but am baffled 😕

If the calipers are new make sure the parts desk gave you the right one.

They won't bleed out if they're upside down/backwards.

Park brake works now have some pedal back but not the way it should be going to bleed the brakes again
