2002 honda civic lx passenger door no power lock?

2002 honda civic lx passenger door no power lock? Hi there, I'm new here, and sorry if I posted in the wrong spot,
Me and my family are buying a used 2002 honda civic LX, and we noticed that the passenger door does not unlock or lock with the master lock. When I asked the seller about this he said something along the lines of because of the trim of the car, it happened to not come with it, and that the passenger door is manual, this has me conflicted as he's seemed pretty honest about the car and the single collision it has had, and looking up the VIN nothing shady comes up. From my understanding all Civic LX cars are supposed to have power lock on all four doors? Are there some that really don't come with it, or is the seller just lying to me?

If one door has power locks, they all have have power locks.
Possible he never saw the lock work, not uncommon for the power module to stop working, and or main switch, and or one power wires have failed, but all 4 doors should lock and unlock via the drivers switch.
