I have an 04 EX coupe and the lock on the driver's side doesn't work with the power locks. I have to manually lock/unlock it. If I hit the power locks switch, on either door, the passenger side one does work. The keyless entry doesn't lock/unlock either door, but I know the remote works because my headlights flash if I press the buttons.

Any idea how to fix this? Thanks.

Pretty sure that would be your lock actuator. You have to take the power door lock assembly out and the actuator is a part on that.

I have the same issue on my 01 Civic - Just looking for prices on the actuator locally before ordering them online through the dealership or third party retail store. Good luck with the replacement, let me know how did it turn out.
