whole car vibration when coasting (no gas) in 5th

whole car vibration when coasting (no gas) in 5th
i have a 2003 ex and almost everytime im going to slow down from 5th the whole car shakes untill i hit throttle or brake, it also does it sometimes in 4th. I was wondering if it is normal or is it a sign of something. Any help is appreciated
