Blower motor and A/C belt problems!

Blower motor and A/C belt problems!
So first off this is the first Honda ive ever owner and I absolutely love my car. But I’m having some issues with multiple things. It’s on an 2003 Civic LX
1.) Should I be able to hear my blower motor? I pulled it out thinking maybe some debris had gotten into it and it was actually clean. But no matter what speed you put it on, you can hear it. I don’t know if I need a new one or what’s going on with it.
2.) After buying the vehicle about a week later the A/C clutch went out and had to replace the whole system (I did bypass it until I could afford the whole system to be replaced) I took it to my trusted mechanic who did the whole thing for me because I don’t have a lot of knowledge of A/C systems. Anyways he replaced it and it came with a lifetime warranty but after I left I turned it on and it squeals and squeaks but only when the A/C is on. Now it’s randomly doing it even if the A/C is off. I’m frustrated with it and I need help. Is it a pulley? A belt? Belt tension? It’s driving me crazy because I feel like I can’t use my A/C this summer without the entire city hearing my loud and obnoxious car. Please someone help me!

A few tests should be completed in order to determine the true fault.
Probably needs the blower power transistor replaced and the pair of cabin filters replaced.
but after I left I turned it on and it squeals and squeaks but only when the A/C is on.
FYI the AC compressor should not turn on if the blower motor does not operate
