2001 Acura EL Premium - Front Passenger side power window not working

This window stopped working from both driver side master and passenger side switches. I think it happened when trying to open the window during a winter freeze. There was no motor or clicking sound when using either switch. All other windows and their switches worked.

Checked/swapped the 40 amp fuse.
Installed a new motor with regulator. The only moment that the new item worked was when moving either switch up (closing) for the very first time - it moved up the half inch that it was from the top-most position on the track.
Tried the power windows reset procedure. Still no movement.
I unplugged and looked at both window switches and associated wiring. No obvious signs of burn or damage.
What should I try (to learn to test) next? Look at the harder to reach sections of the wiring system? With a multimeter? New switches?

Sounds like you're going to want to get a voltmeter and a wiring diagram, and do some real testing to figure out if there's wiring problem or switch problem.
