Car is struggling after long drives!

Hey guys,
My car is an 02 EX w/ 5-speed and just rolling up to 145,000 on the clock.

I drive 100 miles round trip to work every day, all on the interstate. I run from 75-85 mph with the cruise on the entire time.

After I get off of the interstate and come to a stop sign or light, my car shudders as if it's about to stall. My car usually idles around 1k but it drops to around 5-600 during this time.

I just recently changed the air filter, oil, and used Honda transmission fluid and coolant.

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks in advance!

While it's idling too low, get out and tap on the IAC valve.
If idle RPM changes that would mean the IAC valve is or was stuck
