2005 Acura EL manual trans growling noise

My 2005 Acura EL has been making a low frequency growling/purring noise at low RPM in first gear as I accelerate. I've had the car for 2 years and it's sitting at 150xxx km. As far as I remember the noise has been present since I bought it and have had zero issues with the clutch/transmission apart from the clutch squeaking intermittently.

I always figured the noise was normal but am curious if it can be anything seriously wrong with the transmission?
