Two owners and exceptional condition inside and out. Flamenco Black over gray cloth. Has been my wife's car for 8 years. Now at 153K mi. ONLY reason for selling is that Showcase Honda re-did the entire AC system 3 years ago for $1900, and now they want $1000 to replace the failed compressor. This has really pissed her off.

I have detailed and cared for the car for the last 8 years. Waxed regularly. Original paint in VERY good shape for 15 years, particularly 8 in the desert. Interior near perfect. 1st owner was a bit of a fanatic, and provided car to us with mats on top of mats. Original carpets have never seen the light of day. I have original retail invoice (Portland,OR. - $15,135), and all service records. Car routinely gets at least 36 MPG on regular UNL gas in town or on road at legal speeds

It has aftermarket springs I added which SLIGHTLY lower the car. Most don't even recognize, but the car looks and handles better than a normal Civic sedan. Other than the AC, everything works as it should. Timing belt replaced @ 103K, and I just changed the oil at its 3K interval. W/S broken in front of passenger, but isn't noticeable to driver so we never bothered replacing. After market alarm, and two keys w- remotes.

I have the clean Carfax from our '07 purchase and we know nothing has occurred since. NO TRADES, barters, creative financing, etc.......I have too many vehicles already.

As a car guy, I really enjoy driving this little 5spd sedan, and am going to miss it a lot. Someone is going to get a GREAT car.
