I need help with my 1996 honda civic the problem I have been having with it is when I turn on the hazard lights or the turn signal, with the lights on they don't work, the cluster flashes and the back tailights including the whole brake lights flash in a hazard 4-way pattern when I turn on my signals. I replaced a bulb in the rear which made the turn signals work when the lights are on a off position but when I press the hazard button it still flashes the brakes and the turn signals and might I add it flashes the freaking license plate light as well if you didn't know all these problems it kinda looks like my car has a anti theft alarm going off. Any suggestions on how to fix

Cheap led upgrade gone wrong, or bad ground.

Should I try replacing them they are cheap from off ebay (big mistake)

Put all the normal bulbs back in so everything works right again LOL

LEDs are polarity sensitive. They can become a direct short if the circuits aren't carefully checked before installing.

Turn signals rely on loading of the circuits to make the flasher flash a certain speed. LEDs give almost no load, therefore resistors need to be added to make the flashers blink the right speed.

LED brake lights can make the cruise control go haywire.

If you stick a single filament #1156 bulb into a socket intended for a double filament #1157 bulb, the park lights will come on when you push the brake pedal.

Cheap LEDs are cheap for a reason LOL

You don't want them in there anyhow.

Too little light output, introduced cruise control and hyper blinker problems. Will likely fail soon.

Just all around junk and a joke (unless done right like the manufactures)
