1990 hatch burning coolant

my 1990 hatch 1.5l is burning a spitting coolant out the exhaust. there is also oil in the coolant but no coolant in the oil. no idea what to do any ideas?

Overheated too?
Sounds like a typical head gasket failure....and maybe warped head.
