newbie needs advice
Newbie to civics. Looking to purchase.somethin used.in this.year.range. The.models ive seen that i like are four door civics ranging in the late 90s judging from the stickers and asking around. My question is for.a newbie where would be the best place in nyc nj area to purchase.such car? Whuch year.model is the best four.door in the late 90s? Whats a good price.for.said.car, like range? And whats a safe milage.to purchase? Just need some advice from more advanced owners. I want a nice car to get from point a to point b.
Re: newbie needs advice
Try to find a single owner car from a private party. It's difficult but when shady dealers get them you don't know has been to it and how many people had it before then.
Price is really going to depend on condition, area and mileage. Are you a DIYer? If you are then a higher mileage one will be good way to get it cheaper and just do the work yourself.

Re: newbie needs advice
if thats the case i would not recommend buying such an old car, you will be dishing out alot of money on maintanance and repairs, might as well put that money toward a newer car
