What parts do I need? 1997 Civic 5 speed

Im looking to do my clutch, thowout bearing and input shaft bearing for my 1997 Civic EX 5 speed.

What parts do I need to fully do the above?

Is there a trans gasket for when I split the case to do the input shaft bearing?

Also, Im looking at the Exedy clutch kit. How are they? Im only looking into a OEM style clutch, nothing crazy. heres a link for it:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...=ATVPDKIKX0DER

From the looks of it, it includes a thowout bearing? Correct?

The input shaft bearing and what ever other parts I need is where Im having trouble finding the parts. If someone could help me out it would be awesome.

Also, post any other clutch recommendations brands/ styles

Hi,

Exedy is one of the Best clutch manufactures. I definitely recommend them.
If you are buying the complete kit then yes it will come with a throw out bearing (Goes on the input shaft in the transmission) And the small bearing is the Pilot bearing, this going in the Flywheel, your input shaft sits in this bearing.
(Link posted does not work)

There is no gasket between the transmission or engine.
You do not have to drop the whole engine either just undo the cab mount and the tranny mount. support the engine and let the transmission side hand down a little. you will also need to pop out the axles (makes life easier), disconnect the VSS sensor on the transmission, and take off the slave. One you undo the bolts holding the tranny to the block you may need to wiggle it to slide it off, the straighter you keep it the easier it comes off. and if you just set the transmission on the ground then you do not have to disconnect you shifter linkage. but if you are taking it fully out then you will have too.

I am probably missing some steps but it really is very straight forward.
